Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Process and maintain orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs.
  • Keep accurate and up to date records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years proven experience in customer service, preferably in the gas or energy industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in a relevant field is a plus.
