Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Process and maintain orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs.
- Keep accurate and up to date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years proven experience in customer service, preferably in the gas or energy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in a relevant field is a plus.
